Regular included delivery, no charge:
Fedex Ground: Most orders under 250 pounds ship Fedex no signature required. Fedex will leave these packages at your home or business. Tracking is provided once Fedex picks up and scans your packages at the terminal. Fedex Home Delivery works Tuesday through Saturday. Fedex Commercial works Monday through Friday.
Freight Delivery: Most orders over 250 pounds ship by Freight Carrier. We palletize or ship loose the items in your order to be unloaded by hand. This means that a pallet for example would consist of many small packages of less than 80 pounds strapped together for shipping. Once the strapping is cut, the pieces can then be unloaded by hand and taken off the truck. Most freight carriers will help by using their pallet jack to move the freight to the back of the truck and help by handing you each piece one by one. Most customers utilize this free included option without difficulty.
Lift Gate Service $65
For large orders ship via Freight Carrier that may be heavy. Freight carriers offer an optional lift gate service for an additional charge of $65. This means your order will be delivered on a truck with a lift gate on the back. The driver will use the lift gate to lower your delivery to the ground. Someone needs to be available to sign for the delivery. This is a good option for a customer ordering a large amount of materials but not having the time to unload them. Applicable to orders under 2,000 pounds only.
Flatbed Forklift Delivery $284
Large orders via Freight Carrier can be upgraded to flatbed forklift delivery for an additional charge of $284. This means your order will be delivered and unloaded by the delivery company using a flat bed truck and a forklift. Details:
- Must be accessible by large truck
- The final placed location of the fence materials must be within 25 feet of the delivery truck
- Someone needs to be available to let the delivery service know where to place the materials and to sign for them.
This is a good option for a customer ordering a large amount of materials but not having the time or resources to unload them.
