Benner's Return and Discount Policy

Shipping:

Benner’s Gardens uses USPS for small orders and Fed-Ex for medium-sized to large-sized orders. Please note that small packages using the USPS shipping method take approximately 2 additional days to receive.

Freight Shipment Charges

There will be additional shipping costs on items requiring freight shipping. These items will note that freight shipping is required and there will be additional costs for shipment. We will contact you for approval regarding the additional costs. If you would like to inquire about shipping costs on a freight item before placing your order, please call us at 1-800-244-3337. If your order is shipped via freight, someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. The signee will also be responsible for unloading the shipment from the freight truck, carriers do not unload the product or provide liftgate services. All shipments will be packaged in easy-to-manage bundles, making it easy to break apart and unload a shipment.

Return Policy

At Benner's Gardens, we are confident that we provide the highest quality fence materials, accessories, and tools available. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept unused material in the original packaging within 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

In the rare case that items are deemed to have manufacturer defects, Benner's Gardens will replace said items immediately.  Please notify us right away with any concerns.  

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any issues within 14 days of receiving their order.  This includes missing items, damaged items or wrong materials received. 
 

**Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for ALL returns:  If you would like to return your order, you are responsible for the original shipping charges associated with your order, even if you qualified for Free Shipping.  If a shipping surcharge was paid on any order, this amount will be deducted from the original shipping charge total.  If you request a call-tag/pick up for return shipping, you will be responsible for this cost as well, or you may return the items to us on your own- at your cost.  ALL shipping charges associated with your order will be deducted from your credit for items returned.
 

Refunds

*PAYPAL:  If your order was paid for via PayPal, you will be responsible for any fees & charges from PayPal associated with your order.  Orders paid via PayPal will also be issued their return credit via check. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for return credit to be posted to your original form of payment.  
 

Damaged or Missing

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any issues within 14 days of receiving their order.  This includes missing items, damaged items or wrong materials received.  

 

Important Notice

Posts and Sleeves are NOT returnable!

Open Kits and components can not be returned!

** Chewed poly fence is not returnable!

Discount and Promo Code Policy

** PLEASE NOTE: Discount codes must be entered and applied to your order BEFORE entering your payment information and submitting your order. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to apply a discount to a previously submitted order for a refund.  Please save your discount code and use it on your next order!

Within 1 business day of an order, we are able to apply an account credit to use for your next order, with an applicable promo-code. Under no circumstances will we issue a monetary refund for promo-codes and discounts.

Benner's Gardens reserves the right to change our prices without prior notice. For larger orders, Benner's Gardens prefers to ship via Common Carrier.
